Fresh Grape Juice

Ingredients:

2 cups sweet ripe red grapes

1/2 lime

1-1 1/2 cup water

3-4 ice cubes

Method:

Place clean grapes in the blender & add one cup of water until smooth. (I have not used sugar to keep the calories minimum).

Strain the juice in a large bowl and press the pulp gently until you can get the maximum juice out of it.

Squeeze lemon on it and add ice cubes to it and serve it chill.
