Strawberry & Banana Cream

Ingredients:                                                                                                             serves 4-6

Bananas 4 large

Fresh Strawberries- 450 g

Double cream/ whipped- 300 ml

Granulated sugar or caster sugar

Method:

Peel the bananas and put into the food processor with the strawberries . Process into a smooth puree and tip the fruit into a large bowl.

Gently stir into the whipped cream. Add sugar if necessary.

Chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
