Pizza Cupcakes


Spring rolls or Samosa thin leaflets.

1/2 cup pizza sauce

mozzarella cheese

chicken shredded




Preheat the oven to 350* degrees F. Place the spring roll leaflets into the cupcake tray in the shape of a cup. Fill it with little cheese first and then add a tablespoon of pizza sauce, shredded chicken, chopped onions and chopped capsicum and then top it up with more cheese and bake it for about 8 minutes.

Serve Hot.

This is an easy recipe for a quick snack or when watching a game of football.



Mini Cold Burgers

1-2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Cream Cheese

1 cup iceberg lettuce

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper Powder

6 small buns, split


Add the cooked chicken , mayonnaise, cream cheese , lettuce , salt and pepper and mix well.

Then spread the mixture on the buns and use a toothpick to hold the buns in place . Serve while the spread is cold.
